The Apex Skip-Its are excited to bring you our Winter Inning! This special one-night jump rope event is open to boys and girls, 2nd grade through adult. Whether you’re looking to cross-train with a challenging sport, improve your fitness level, or grow your jump roping skills, the Winter Inning is for you!

The Winter Inning will be led by our coaching staff and members of the Apex Skip-Its jump rope team. From beginners to advanced jumpers, participants will learn and build skills in:

• Single Rope — freestyle, power/double unders, & speed

• Partner Skills

• Double Dutch — turning & jumping
